Our nine-year-old Waldorf Methods K-8 charter school seeks a part-time Singing and Recorder teacher for the 2008-2009 school year, grades 4 though 8. We prefer Waldorf training, knowledge; Waldorf public school experience and/or CA credential a significant plus. Position includes priority admission for children of employees. Located in beautiful Sonoma, CA, a mission town one hour north of San Francisco, 75 minutes west of Sacramento and one hour east of the Pacific. Our school has a new campus, an unusually supportive parent body, a Curriculum Director, good relations with our school district and many experienced Waldorf-trained teachers. Whatcom Hills Waldorf School
The Whatcom Hills Waldorf School is seeking a First Grade Teacher for the 2008/09 school year. We are located in Bellingham, WA, 90 miles north of Seattle. From Bellingham, the North Cascade Mountains, the San Juan Islands, and Vancouver, BC are easily accessed. Candidates with Waldorf Teacher Training and/or experience in a Waldorf School will be considered. We are a full AWSNA member, K-8 school, in operation since 1986. Teachers receive a competitive salary with benefits.
