Richmond Waldorf school
RICHMOND WALDORF SCHOOL seeks a kindergarten teacher starting in August 2008. Our three kindergarten classes will consist of children between the ages of 3 1/2 and 5 1/2. We also provide a 3-day program for mostly younger students. In addition to teaching the children for four and a half hours each morning the teacher will be charge of all necessary preparation and administration work. This full-time position will be dedicated totally to 5-day students. The teacher will have the help of one assistant. We seek a teacher with prior early childhood teaching experience. Completion of or current enrollment in Waldorf teacher training is preferred, but not required. Prairie Hill Waldorf School will enter its 22nd year and has an enrollment of 197 students. We are a full member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America.
