Fellowship Community
Our intergenerational community, set on a biodynamic farm, is looking for co-workers - particularly for the summer months. Portland Waldorf School
Direct and oversee the PWS Summer Camp. This position recruits camp helpers and is responsible for the content of the program as a whole. Job requirements: experience working with young children and knowledge or interest in Waldorf education. Hourly salary. There is the potential to also direct our vacation camps during the school year. This includes Thanksgiving break, winter and spring breaks.
Established in 1982, Portland Waldorf School is 15 minutes south of downtown Portland on 7 acres in the small town of Milwaukie. Our site contains a beautiful historic school building, two streams, garden, young orchard, and playing fields. We offer a vibrant, involved parent community, and an active Anthroposophical community. PWS is fully accredited by AWSNA, offers parent-child classes through grade 12 and a full range of programs including eurythmy, high school sports, movement/spatial dynamics, handwork, woodwork, German, Spanish, orchestra, choir, applied arts and more. Our experienced teachers are guided by a College of Teachers and full-time College Chair. We also have dynamic development and outreach personnel and competent, creative administrative staff.

Desert Marigold School
Desert Marigold School is currently seeking Summer Camp Assistants. We are a Charter School inspired by Waldorf education, located in Phoenix, AZ. We are situated on 10 acres at the base of South Mountain, the largest inner city state park in the country. Arizona offers a diversified ecology of mountains, canyons, lakes, rivers and desert all within 100 miles of Phoenix.
We are celebrating our fourteenth year, now offering two parent toddler playgroups, 3-day and 5-day preschool programs, kindergarten-grade 8, after school care and a summer camp to over 250 students and continuing work on our plans to add a high school. Our teachers are Waldorf trained or in training. Our parent community is very active with a strong Parent Council, coordinating adult education, fundraising and festival activities. Our curriculum offers a healthy balance of academic and artistic work, including handwork, woodworking, movement, instrumental music, choir, Spanish, biodynamic gardening, and eurythmy.

Rudolf Steiner Instiute
THE RUDOLF STEINER INSTITUTE
Teachers wanted
The Rudolf Steiner Institute is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waldorf teacher to do crafts with children ages 7 to 14 years. We are searching for someone who can bring one or two crafts, such as felting, copper work, enameling, pottery, into our Children’s Program. These crafts will complement the drama, games and woodwork programs that are already part of our Children’s Program.
Teachers join our warm community minded RSI faculty living on the Green Mountain College campus in beautiful Vermont from July 6th to 26th 2008. Lodging and meals are provided, as well as an honorarium and access to the courses offered.
